Baptcare Strathalan is a premium aged care facility located in Melbourne's North-Eastern suburbs. Boasting 37 luxury apartments spanning 3 levels and also incorporating a communal lobby and entertainment area for residents, the Stage 2 new build was completed in November 2021.
Global Reach were contracted to supply and install fixed, awning, hinged, sliding and stacking aluminium windows and doors as well as motorised and fixed louvres to the development.

A trafficable glazed canopy with frit pattern was also manufactured and installed over the ground floor entrance. Automatic operators to the ground floor sliding doors were included in the build. Utilising 6mm Low E and clear toughened double glazed units, together with laminated glazing, we provided the perfect thermal solution, adhering to the projects energy efficiency specification.
