Baptcare The Orchards was designed to mimic the structure of a traditional Town Centre with the concept encouraging interraction between residents. This premium aged care facility located in Melbourne's eastern suburbs included construction of 40 double storey independent living units and 12 single storey blocks. Global Reach was contracted to supply commercial grade non-thermal break double glazed units to these residences

Created in close collaboration with the owner managers, Baptcare The Orchards continued it's expansion with Stage 3, 52 Independant Living Units combining a modern feel within cosy surrounds. Global Reach was contracted to supply commercial grade, double glazed, non-thermal break units, consisting of 100mm wide, front glazed fixed and awning windows and sliding doors. With many of the window units exceeding container height limits, an alternative tactic was utilised by shipping in open top containers and making deliveries to site by low loader.
