The refurbishment of the Northcote High School STEM Centre and Library building followed on from a previous renovation to it's VCE Building and provides learning spaces designed to support the schools diverse curriculum. The large co-educational government secondary school, located in Melbournes Northern suburbs was completed in December 2024 and sets the standard for education spaces in the inner North.

Global Reach was contracted to supply and install energy efficient, commercial grade, non-thermal break, double-glazed units to the 3 storey structure which included:

100mm wide, front glazed fixed, casement and double hung windows.

150mm wide, front glazed fixed and awning windows.

100mm wide, front glazed sliding doors.
As per the brief, the awning windows were motorised for ease of access and operation and sliding doors on the ground level were fitted with automatic opening mechanisms.
