Baptcare Strathalan Stage 3, the next stage in this stunning development, included 32 Independant Living Units, comprised of both single and double storey structures. The 3rd instalment across the Strathalan site featured energy efficient double glazing along with custom made aluminium shrouds, continuing the high end nature of the project.

Global Reach were contracted to manufacture and supply commercial grade, non-thermal break, double glazed units to the apartments using 100mm front glazed fixed and awning windows and sliding doors. Aluminium shrouds were also incorporated to provide an extra element of energy efficiency, providing increased protection from the elements in Summer and Winter months. Premium quality powder coating of the aluminium window and door frames was included for superior durability.
